S1 Episode 109 - Interview with Merilee Ford of Connect The Dots Wellness

Merilee Ford lives in Salt Lake City Utah. She has been married to her husband Colby for 15 years and they have and three children. She has always had a passion for soccer and other outdoor adventures like rock climbing. She loves to see the bright side in life but doesn't mind a little sarcasm and humor to get her through!

Merilee has a Master's degree in Organizational Communication and a bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communication and Psychology. She is a Certified Health and Life Coach as well as a Holistic Transformational Mastery Coach. She also is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and OCD.

Merilee's journey to becoming a Wellness Coach began when she found herself in an intense struggle for her health. Bit by bit, and after having three children, her life was overcome with Postpartum Anxiety, OCD, and persistent mononucleosis from Epstein Barr Virus. Her life became nearly impossible. Eventually, and after many years of struggle and hopelessness, she found the answers that she needed and started her journey back to Health and Wellness.

It's Merilee's passion to help those who felt as lost, alone, and hopeless as she did. She acts as an advocate for her clients to help them uncover what truly holds them back in life - mentally or physically.
