Pamela Barnhill is the President of Strategic Growth Advisory (www.strategicgrowthllc.com), a management consulting firm, geared toward advising the C-Suite and providing senior management teams with strategy, technology, M&A, and governance advice. Her experience includes integration across all business units and acquisitions as well as shaping large strategic corporate governance and coaching the C-Suite and their teams from vision to execution by clarifying strategies, simplifying business processes and wrapping in technology. Pamela also plays a lead role in defining and executing key revenue and profit centers along with M&A strategy by crafting relationships with potential partners, acquisition targets and supports across the entire process.

Prior to joining Strategic Growth Advisory, Pamela was President and COO of InnSuites Hospitality Trust (IHT), a public hospitality real estate company. She created and grew a new global technology entity and sales organization (IBC Hospitality Technologies) within a longstanding pre-existing parent company (IHT) where she revolutionized the products and services being offered to independent hotels and non-branded hospitality. During this time, Pamela created a patent-pending loyalty program, booking engine, and open API content management system.  She and her team partnered with CEOs, CTOs and CMOs of dozens of the world’s most recognized travel brands including Google, Expedia, Booking to complete technical integrations to innovate distribution, experience and differentiated messaging. After maximizing organic growth, she completed the strategic sale of IBC a privately-owned global hospitality company. Prior to hospitality, Pamela held executive positions at Motorola Semiconductor, Franchise Finance Corporation of America and PRTM Management Consulting, where she worked with several large well-known consumer companies.

Pamela serves on the Board of Directors for ROOM Technology Ventures, a growing hospitality company. She previously served as a board member for the Health and Wellness Science Foundation, InnSuites Hospitality Trust, Independent Lodging Industry Association and California Lodging Industry Association. She is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), holds a real estate license and is a published author. Pamela graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics cum laude with honors from the University of Arizona and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking, cooking and spending time with family in Scottsdale Arizona.
